To get the pricing listed above you will need to call to book your room and mention you are coming to the event. If you attempt to book online you will be charged all fees and they cannot reverse them.
The basic meet fee is $35 per person. This includes ONE t-shirt of your choice. Additional shirts will be available for pre-order when you register online. After the deadline, registration is $10, with no t-shirt.
Extra t-shirts will be $25. If you do not pre-register by the early bird deadline of January 12th, t-shirts will not be available at the event. The rest of the meet fee goes towards running the meet and associated expenses. You will still be able to register at the meet.
The Saturday night banquet will be held at the restaurant attached to the Roadway Inn. Banquet fee will be $31 for this event. Your fee will include a non-alcoholic beverage, soup or salad, and entree. All alcoholic beverages must be ordered and paid for at the table.
Due to the size of the banquet venue, seating is limited to 30 people. Please register early to ensure a seat for the banquet. Please select the number of attendees for our head count.
The speaker list, Saturday Night Banquet, Apprentice Workshop, CHC Club Business Meeting, and other event schedules will be posted soon and emailed to all registrants. Maps and agendas will be available at the meet.
