    Please join us for our Annual Banquet to be held on April 27th. Our guest speakers, for this year are:

    Jennifer Campbell-Smith, PhD, and J. David Remple, DVM, will be the featured speakers. Jenn will speak about Czech falconry, and Dr. Remple will speak about his work setting up the first falcon hospital in the Middle East.

    If you have gear to donate to the raffle, please contact Bill Oakes, our Director at Large (director@coloradohawkingclub.com). I know he will appreciate hearing from you.

    Last year's event featured great camaradarie, a wonderful auction, and was enjoyed by our membership.

    We will cover bird ID, regulations, how to study for the test, finding a sponsor, gear needed to get started, books and websites with good information and finally building the mews.  

     The club will provide lunch.  

    These seminars are free of charge to all members of Colorado Hawking club.  These are great seminars that give you a lot of information on how to get started in falconry.

    All of you old timers are sure welcome to attend as well.  Your advice and experience greatly adds to these seminars.

    This seminar will cover what to do when you get your new bird; manning, training, first free flight, starting to hunt, diseases and weight management.

     It will also go over different types of traps.  The club will provide lunch.
